Sometimes I am REALLY amazed at how small the world is. One day I was at the Memphis Botanic Gardens at a photoshoot. I love the staff there, and sometimes I’ll just sit and gab with them until my clients arrive. One of the girls had to show me the AMAZING florals that had just arrived for an Indian wedding. Now, I have to tell you. I was a bit heartbroken that I wasn’t chosen to be the photographer for this wedding, but I looked anyway *wink*. Talk about complete gorgeousness. The next thing I knew my good friend Shushil with Utopian Events from Atlanta, Ga. walked in. (Memphians, don’t worry…he travels!) I should have known it was his amazing work. He and I worked together at another Indian wedding. He seriously is the most talented, most humble, hardworking, and amazing guy. He does incredible work. The next thing I know he asks me could I possibly take detail shots for him while he is town? Well, how do you say no to Shushil? You just don’t. :). My weekends are crazy, but I managed to do a LOT of running around and make it happen.
