Memphis Engagement Photographer
Oh gosh. Where do I start with this blog post? I can NOT believe I am photographing their wedding in a few short months! It seems like only yesterday this family and I met at our old church in Collierville. E used to babysit for me while I would go out on photo sessions (or dates with the hubby). I can’t believe my daughter is now old enough to babysit, and E is old enough to get married! I can still remember her telling me all about this great guy (M, in the photos). I used to volunteer with E’s momma at our old church on countless projects, directories, and media stories. I was SO HONORED when they contacted me and wanted to chat with me about photographing E’s wedding. When E told me it was her hope to always have me photograph her wedding, I was so speechless! It really touched my heart!
So, here we are at her engagement session. I have to admit…I almost lost it at the beginning of our session. This family holds a very special place in my heart! I hope I can keep it all together during the wedding. This was my first time meeting M, believe it or not. Wow…what a hoot! I think they are absolutely perfect for each other, and they are so in love :). We started the session off at M’s house in Germantown (and where the happy couple will reside once married). I fell in love with this location! They picked M’s neighborhood for a location spot because M proposed to E at the gazebo. OK…LOVE!! And, for the record, E’s eyes are THAT BLUE. No overdone photoshopping on my portraits. They really are THAT GORGEOUS. I can tell you this family is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the out.
I cannot wait until their wedding later this year. Until then…much love!
Blessings and Peace,
Cindy
