Starkville, MS Wedding Photographer {Andrew + Jordan}
Let me apologize now for my brief little absence! With the holidays, I did take some time off, but it really didn’t feel like it with all the traveling and photo projects for family and friends while I was away. I will definitely be back in full swing of things next week. So, if you are waiting on a gallery, you should have it next week!
My other guess is if you’ve booked me for a wedding you’ve been wondering…where are all of Cindy’s Memphis Wedding Photographer pictures???? For some reason, it seemed like all of my brides booked me for the LAST half of the year!!! Combine that with the busy holiday portrait rush, and, well, it was definitely a blessing, and a very BUSY one at that. The next few blogs will have several weddings featured, so be on the lookout! Andrew and Jordan have got to be one of the nicest couples I have had the pleasure of photographing. Jordan is originally from Collierville, and she wanted to take her engagement photos here at the Collierville Town Square. To take a look at those photos, click here: LINK
Now, please don’t throw the cowbells at me, but prior to their wedding, I had never been out to Starkville, MS before. It’s definitely a little bit of a drive to get there. I felt like I was stepping back in time when I drove through the town to get to the church. I love that the city has preserved it’s old charm.
The skies really did threaten rain this day, but, oh man. God was surely smiling on us! Though it was muggy, we created some beautiful images. I love the architecture of the church (FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH in Starkville, MS), and all the leading lines it helped to create for the photos. I have never seen Jordan look more lovely or flawless. Jordan is one of those gals who is just a sweet person, and I’m so glad she has Andrew to sweep her off her feet and treat her the way a lady deserves. Andrew is an all around nice guy, and if he’s ever said a mean thing about anyone I’d really be surprised.
I feel like I was the “lucky” one getting to photograph the wedding of two genuinely caring people. Thanks Jordan and Andrew. I pray God continues to pour his kindness, mercy, and grace over your marriage.
