Thanks for a great 2015! A dedication to my family.
Memphis!!! As 2015 comes to a close, I want to thank all of you who entrusted me to capture your special moments! Whether it was the birth of a newborn (which I’m going to capture here in just a few minutes), milestone portraits, family portraits, children’s portraits, high school senior portraits, engagement portraits, or wedding day bliss. You trust me, and I can never thank you enough. 2015 was my busiest yet, and I am eternally grateful to you. I just can’t thank you enough! I’m also grateful to God for blessing me much more abundantly than I deserve. He is so faithful even when I am not.
But, I wanted to close 2015 just a bit differently. I wanted to dedicate it to my family. They have sacrificed so much for me to do exactly what I love. I work most every weekend, miss a lot of soccer tournaments, well…I could go on. But, I won’t. They know the sacrifices they endure. But, they see how happy this career makes me and how it provides for our family. After my last wedding of 2015, my husband and kids “kidnapped” me for a beach getaway before Christmas. The first day there, we were blessed with this amazing sunset. I’m reminded that God shines on us even when we don’t see it or feel it. I’m so very thankful that my family loves me the way they do. They are my greatest gift.
I hope to see you in 2016! Know that God loves you.
