Back from Colorado!

Hi everyone! So sorry for my absence last week! My family and I traveled to Colorado for our vacation! It was so wonderful to see God’s marvelous works on creation in a new way. My sister-in-law is an excellent tour guide and took us to Boulder where we saw the Flat Irons, downtown Boulder, and Mork and Mindy’s house (how many of you guys remember that show with Robin Williams?) I’ve never hiked/walked so much in my entire life–13 miles total. One day we hiked to Devil’s Head. WOW. The scene at 10,000 feet was nothing short of breathtaking! We spent the last part of our trip at Breckenridge and enjoyed temps in the 30’s at night and highs in the 70’s during the day. I actually touched some snow on the mountains! We also had our family portraits made by a professional photographer (thanks, Carly!). It felt so strange to be on the other side of the camera, but it was a good reality check. Finally, I hope you’ll take a moment to pray for those affected by the wildfires in Colorado Springs. We were about 40 minutes from the fires, and I can’t even imagine what those families are going through right now.

So, in between photo sessions this week, I’ll be working on all the galleries I have out. Thanks for your patience as I enjoyed some much needed family time! It’s such a blessing to come home to a career that I love.

Blessings and Peace,
Cindy
